National Small Business Week 2009

In May 2009, CatalystETC organized, designed and produced the National Small Business Week event at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, DC. The three day event which honored award winning small business owners consisted of events in two ball rooms which included award presentations and forums.

Project responsibilities included:

• Web site design and maintenance
• Online and onsite registration - design and execution
• A/V and lighting for two ball rooms - spec, install and dismantle management
• Stage set design, fabrication, installation and dismantle management
• Webcasting coordination and management
• Videography and photography coordination and management
• Stage management for both ball rooms
• Off-site event management at Department of State
• Graphic design and production of all signage and stage sets
• Program layout and production
• Vendor management for catering, floral, stage fabrication, A/V, lighting, webcasting, venue, transportation, and entertainment
